    For students with a good sound command of English.

    This world-class course is for those who want to use English accurately and fluently and to communicate easily in both social and work situations. The four skills speaking, listening, reading and writing are developed in a systematic manner and grammar points are introduced in interesting ways. Listening and Speaking passages using audio CDs are taken from real life situations. We are using a prize-winning English course book from Britain called New Headway.

    Classes are twice a week, in the evening from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

The E-Factor Sdn. Bhd. is a consulting and training company, registered with the Sarawak Government, which owns and operates the English Language Centre (ELC). As a consulting firm, its expertise extends to the fields of law, organizational and human resources management, and natural resources management. In addition, the company develops its own training programmes tailored to meet the requirements of its clients, particularly with a view to understanding the Malaysian local cultural situation.

Our approach to courses:

  • Our courses are participant-centred with emphasis on the practice of key language, be it written or spoken.

  • Participants identify strategies for improving their language skills and learning independently.

  • A problem-solving approach directly related to the participants’ professional situations, encourages creative and lateral thinking.

  • The key tools for change are given through language competence.  Participants up-grade themselves through newly acquired language skills.

  • Participants are encouraged to practise new skills on the job.
